Our web site operates on a secure server, provided by the hosting platform for our site. You can check that it is secure by noting the presence of the padlock icon and the “s” in the URL in your browser. 

Where your data is accessed by a PC it is on our OneDrive storage location on Microsoft’s servers. We promise to password-protect any document containing customer data which might be accessed from one of our PCs. In the unlikely event of a data breach we would write to you to inform that your data has been compromised. 

We have completed the self assessment from the UK Government’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Although not required to register, we will operate to the ICO’s guidelines, which can be viewed here:


It’s your data:

The details we hold include name, business address, email address and the source of the data. We have compiled this data from multiple sources, including exhibition enquiries, contact forms, and incoming enquiries. We do not store any payment details.

We will only use your data for the purposes of informing you about our products and offers, or for fulfilling your orders. We will not sell, redistribute or disclose your data except if required by law enforcement agencies. In the case where our business assets are acquired by a third party, they may choose to review this policy, in which case we would expect them to inform you.
