Timbermark's high-resolution printers can operate at line speeds of up to 250m/minute, applying sharp logos, detailed grade stamps and clear text on each piece of planed material.

Our system includes all the equipment required to operate on the production line, including mounting metalwork, encoders and height adjustment for the print heads.

High resolution systems are inherently reliable compared with some commonly used dot-matrix systems, as the oil-based ink does not evaporate on the nozzles. Whilst no inkjet system is maintenance-free, our systems are known for providing crystal-clear marking quality, with minimal maintenance.

The printers can respond to external data sources, such as graders, sorting line control systems or length measurement devices to select a stamp appropriate to the machine output, or to include variable data.
